Most of our treks are suitable for beginners with a reasonable level of fitness. However, some high-altitude treks like Satopanth or Gaumukh Tapovan require good physical preparation and stamina.

You should be able to walk 5–8 km comfortably and maintain basic stamina. Light cardio, walking, and stair climbing for a few weeks before the trek is recommended.
